- We currently only deliver to the UK including Jersey and Guernsey. Your products will be dispatched as soon as possible and it will usually take 3-5 working days from date of posting until you receive your item. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by either Royal Mail or one of our approved carriers.

- Your security is guaranteed when an order is placed with Leatherloop, Your details are processed automatically by Paypal, therefore Leatherloop is not party to your credit card or Bank card details.
- All information you give is kept completely confidential. We will require your name and address and contact details. The information collected from you will only be used for the purpose of processing of your order and managing your account with us. Information we collect from you will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, or the requestor’s demonstrated legal authority to receive it.

- By using the forms on this website and disclosing you personal details you are consenting to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information in the manner described. Should any changes be made to this policy you will be notified by e mail or on the relevant pages on the site. At this stage you would have the opportunity to amend your account should you object to any changes prior to their implementation.

- Returns & Exchange
- We accept returns with no questions asked as long as we receive the item/s in original condition within 14 days of you receiving them.We will refund the amount paid for the item and we will also refund the delivery charge you paid If you used standard delivery , however you must pay the cost of returning the item to us. And we recommend you get adequate cover for loss in transit.
- We will email you to confirm we have received your return and process a refund within 24 hours of receiving it.
- EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange an item please follow the above procedure and order the replacement item through the site in the usual way.
- FAULTY: All goods must be examined on receipt and if faulty or damaged please let us know by emailing customercare@leatherloop.co.uk or telephone 01534 482394 during office hours Mon-Friday 10.am – 5.pm.
- Ordering
- At this moment in time, we only accept PayPal as a method of payment and all credit / debit card details are handled by PayPal using their secure 'SSL server' for your peace of mind.
ORDER PROCESS: When ordering your products you can either instantly buy one item via PayPal (click on the 'Check out with PayPal' button on the product's page to do so) or add several items to your Shopping Cart by using the 'Add to cart' buttons and review your basket before proceeding to pay via PayPal. Delivery rates can be estimated in the shopping cart before proceeding to enter your PayPal details, otherwise delivery rates are calculated in the final confirmation step of the order process. Once you are happy with the products in your shopping cart, click on the ''Check out with PayPal' button and you will be transferred to PayPal's secure pages to fill in your address and payment details. After entering your PayPal payment details, click on the 'continue' button and you will return to our site to finally confirm your products and shipping costs. Once you are happy with your order, please click the 'Place Order' button to finish your order. You will then be sent to a confirmation page and an email will be sent confirming your order to your email address associated with PayPal. - Pricing
- Whilst we endeavour to keep our product prices correct, errors can still occur. If a price error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible before we cancel and refund your order. You will then be invited to order the product again at the correct price.
- Viewing Orders
- Since we use PayPal for our payment solution, you can check your PayPal account to see the orders you have made with us. We will also send you an email confirming your order after checkout.
